Petai has the scientific name Parkia Speciosa and is from the Fabaceae family. Indonesian society especially the western region does not foreign to these bananas or petai. this plant is included in the category of vegetables. it is green in color and has a distinctive aroma and delicious taste. banana is usually consumed by mixing it into vegetables, is used for fresh vegetables and is also usually added to chili sauce (Pete fried chili sauce). The taste is delicious and distinctive, making this banana vegetable hunted by fans even though it is sometimes expensive if it's not the harvest season.
