Muqoddimah collection in Arabic and their meanings.

The following is a collection of examples of opening speeches, lectures, sermons and MCs in Arabic, Latin, and their meanings.

1. The preamble of Innalhamdalillah

One of the muqoddimah or opening lectures that we hear most often is innal hamda lillah.

The following is muqaddimah innalhamdalillah in full:

Innal hamda lillah, nahmaduhu wanasta’inuhu wanastaghfiruh, wana’udzu billahi min syururi anfusina, wamin sayyiaati a’maalinaa, mayyahdihillahu falaa mudhilla lah, wamayyudhlil falaa haadiya lah. Asyhadu alla ilaaha illallah wahdahu laa syarika lah, wa asyhadu anna muhammadan ‘abduhu warosuuluh. Allahumma shalli wasallim wabarik ‘ala sayyidina muhammadin wa’ala alihi washahbihi ajm’in. amma ba’du

Meaning:
“In fact, all praise belongs to Allah alone, we praise Him, ask Him for help, ask Him for forgiveness, and we take refuge in Allah from the evil of ourselves and from the bad deeds we do. Whosoever is instructed by Allah no one can lead him astray, and whosoever Allah misleads then no one is able to give him guidance. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, there is no partner with Him. And I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and messenger. O Allah, give mercy, salvation and blessings to our Lord Muhammad and his family and friends. As for after that…. “.
After that, it is usually added with the reading of the holy verses of the Koran and the hadith of the prophet relating to the moment of carrying out the activity, whether it is the recitation of the Prophet's birthday, walimatul hajj, umrah, marriage, and so on.
2. Short Preamble
Examples of short preamble to the opening of a good lecture are as follows:

بِسْمِ اللهِ، والْحَمْدُ للهِ، الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَى رَسُوْلِ اللهِ، وَعَلَى اٰلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَمَنْ وَالَاهُ

أَمَّا بَعْدُ

Bismillah. Walhamdulillah. Assholaatu wassalaamu ‘ala rasuulillah. Wa’ala alihi washahbihi wamawwaalah.

Meaning:
In the name of Allah. All praises be to Allah. Shalawat and Greetings to the Messenger of Allah, along with his family and friends who follow him.

3. Examples of Muqoddimah MC Pengajian
When there is a recitation, usually the MC will open his speech with familiar words as follows:

الْحَمْدُ لله رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ، وَالصَّلاَةُ وَالسَّلاَمُ عَلَى أَشْرَفِ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ وَالْمُرْسَلِيْنَ، وَعَلَى أله وَأَصْحَابِهِ وَمَنْ تَبِعَهُمْ بِإِحْسَانٍ إِلَى يَوْمِ الدِّيْنِ، أَمَّا بَعْدُ

Alhamdu lillahi rabbil ‘alamin. Wassholatu wassalamu ‘ala asyrafil ambiyaai wal mursalin. wa’ala alihi wa ashhabihi waman tabi’ahum bi ihsanin ilaa yaumiddin. Amma ba’du.

The meaning;

4. Examples of opening a brief cult
For the opening of a speech at a short cult, the words muqaddimah can be used as follows:
